岗位职责:
1. Participate in review and assessment of opportunities in the global value orthopedics space. Identify new market opportunities and create relevant project proposals.
2. Lead the development of business cases to provide market leading procedure solutions to treat orthopedics Spine pathologies including voice of the customer (VOC) while partnering with the R&D and global commercial teams.
3. Complete needed market research and competitive analysis for business case and product requirements as well as manage on-going customer input throughout our product development process.
4. Develop the required financial models for new products, new initiatives, and potential acquisitions.
5. Lead new product launch implementation in local and international market based on standard new product launch process. Working together with BU/Regional marketing to achieve new product commercial success.
6. Lead product lifecycle management and portfolio planning.
任职资格:
1. Education required/ preferred:BS/BA degree in Engineering, Medical or Marketing.
2. Experience:3 - 5 years’ experience in product development or product Marketing in the medical device industry (preferably orthopedic Spine). Proven success in product development and management.
3. Preferred Skills/Qualifications:Exceptional quantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills.
4. Fluent in English and Chinese.
